BCI&I FINGERPRINTS
In coordination with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, we are able to offer a new method for conducting criminal background checks in the State of Ohio. This is a comprehensive search. Our fingerprinting is inkless and offers the advantage of quick turnaround time.
Turnaround time is 24 hours for all subjects with no history.
Turnaround time is only 5-7 business days for all subjects for which a criminal history has been found.

HAIR ANALYSIS
Testing of hair specimens allows for testing that can detect drug use up to 90 days.
Turnaround time is 5-7 business days.
SSN TRACE
This report provides verification of name(s) and provides past address history.
It may indicate counties of residence the applicant may not have provided.
The SSN Trace is a useful tool in determining additional counties that need to be searched.
Turnaround time is 24 hours.
OHIO STATEWIDE
This report provides arrest records and some conviction records for an individual within the State of Ohio.
Upon finding information indicating a subject has been arrested, we will perform a county criminal search
in the county in which the subject offended. All information found in the county court pertaining to each
arrest will be reported, as well as any additional records that may be located. The fee for each county we
search based on the arrest record is $9.
Turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
COUNTY CRIMINAL SEARCH
This is the most accurate method of searching. We can search any county in the United States and the District
of Columbia. This search is performed at the county level and returns felony and misdemeanor records that are
filed in the county court(s). Searches cover at least the past 7 years.

*Some courts do not offer public access and require a fee to search.
FEDERAL CRIMINAL SEARCH
This report provides any federal criminal records an individual may have. Federal charges are usually of a very
serious magnitude and can include bank fraud, bank robbery, and interstate drug trafficking. This search is performed
at the federal district level that would correspond with the county of residence. Smaller states have only one district,
while larger states have up to five. All divisions within each district are searched for this fee. For example, a search
of the Southern District of Ohio would provide records filed in the Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus Divisions.

MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT
Driving records are maintained at the state level. We can provide a driving history on any subject in any state. Most driving records cover a 3-year period.
Turnaround time varies.
CREDIT CHECK
Obtained in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this report will confirm the applicant’s social security number,
as well as provide information pertaining to an individual’s credit and financial history.
Turnaround time is 24 hours.
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
This report provides information from the employer such as date of hire, date of separation, and last position held.
Some employers will not verify the following, however we will provide it if it is available: rate of pay, cause of
separation and rehire status.
Turnaround time varies.
EDUCATION VERIFICATION
This report provides information from the school attended. High school requests will provide verification of a high
school diploma being received and the date of graduation. College requests will provide verification of a degree being
received, as well as the subject’s major and the date of graduation. In some cases, the subject’s minor, the full dates
attended and the any special awards will be provided (i.e., a subject graduated Cum Laude).

IMMIGRATION CHECK
These records are kept by district. We can provide the district to be searched based on the county of residence.
This report provides verification if an individual has been caught and deemed an illegal immigrant.
Turnaround time is 24 hours.
BUREAU OF WORKERS COMPENSATION
This search will provide any claims an individual has filed with the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation
within the last seven years including both Medical Only claims and Lost Time claims.
Turnaround time is 24 hours.
